The company was registered and established in October 2019, located in the Zhujiajiao Industrial Park, Qingpu District, Shanghai. As a high-tech enterprise, it has received honors such as "Shanghai Design 100+", the Second Prize of the Ninth Qingpu District Entrepreneurship Competition, and the "Market Potential Award" of the Shanghai Brand for Going Global under the Belt and Road Initiative by Shanghai Zhifan. The founding team has 16 years of experience in R&D and manufacturing of medical and health products. The company integrates R&D, production, and operations, deeply cultivating the hydrogen medical and health industry. It is a member unit of the Shanghai Elderly Care Service Industry Association, the Elderly Care Service Professional Committee of the Shanghai Modern Service Industry Federation, and the Qingpu District Enterprise Contract Credit Promotion Association, as well as a council member unit of the Shanghai Chongqing Chamber of Commerce. The company sponsored the establishment of the "Hydrogen Molecular Medicine Research Center" at Chongqing University of Technology, jointly carried out pre-clinical research on household hydrogen-oxygen therapy machines with the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University, jointly developed core new materials for hydrogen energy with the University of Science and Technology Beijing, and jointly conducted preliminary research on the mechanism of hydrogen regulating glucose metabolism with Donghua University.　

The company has completed the application or authorization of more than 40 invention patents, utility model patents, design patents, and software copyrights. Its product portfolio includes "hydrogen-oxygen health machines, hydrogen-rich multi-functional water dispensers, hydrogen-rich water cups, hydrogen bath health devices, and household hydrogen-oxygen therapy machines," among other product lines. These products are applied in scenarios such as community elderly care services, home-based health care for chronic diseases, post-hospital home rehabilitation, and sub-health care, serving public health. Products have been successively exported to overseas countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, and Indonesia.　

Yishengrui's "Home Hydrogen and Oxygen Treatment Machine" has launched clinical trials of medical device registration in three Grade A hospitals: Second Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University (General Hospital of Nuclear Industry, Sino-French Friendship Hospital), Suzhou Municipal Hospital (Suzhou Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University), Changshu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital (Affiliated to Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine University), applying for national medical device qualifications and leading the development of the hydrogen medicine industry.
